I sprouted a brussel sprout from another brussel sprout. Which way should it be planted, sprouts up or down?

Candice Miller Horticulture Educator supplied the following: Hi Glenda, You’ll want to plant it so that the new sprout or the new growth is pointing upward and any roots that have grown out will point downward. Hope that helps!
