Arborvitae Turning Yellow

We planted 4 3ft emerald green Arborvitaes in May. About 2 weeks ago, one stated turning yellow at the top and is now working it's way down. I've been trying to water it more but that does not seem to be helping.

Natural needle loss from the inside out can be expected on a newly transplanted evergreen. browning from the top down would likely indicate the current root system is not able to keep up with the demands for more water, even though you have applied water. if it continues to fail, when dug up, you will likely see a root system to be the cause. If there is a warranty involved, you should contact the retailer and alert them of the problem.
