To whom this may concern, I have a slight issue on the amount of tomatoes that are coming in at one time. I am wanting enough to make juice but there is only a little bit coming in each time. Is it possible to freeze the tomatoes as they come in until I accumulate enough to process as juice?

I have attached a link that covers the proper way to freeze tomatoes for future use. http://nchfp.uga.edu/how/freeze/tomato.html You should be able to cut and paste this into your browser. Just freezintg them without proper precautions, can potentially leave food borne pathogens on the fruits. An alternative while your crop yield increases is to purchase additional tomatoes at a farm market or stand to make up the quantity you need.
