Planted a flowering Prairiefire crabapple last spring. It got a little stressed a few times last summer when I'd forget to fill the TreeGator, but it made it through the winter and even flowered nicely this spring.
Then it got hit by what the Trugreen guy called a fungus and really lost a lot of leaves. Got that finally under control using Daconil and it is sprouting new leaves and stems, but I worry that it's still struggling.
Wondering if I should give it a good feeding, and if so, what would you recommend?
The trunk is probably only 2" in diameter, and height is apps 7 feet at the tallest. It's a nice little tree and I hate to lose it.
