The neighborhood cats are using my geinko tree as a scratching post, what can I put on trunk to take care of it?
Thanks

Hardware cloth or chicken wire can be used. the ring should be slightly larger than the trunk. make it several inches higher than they are currently scratching. Any of the usual tree wrap materials will encourage them to continue scratching.
