Last fall we had a serious infestation of yellow jackets on our rooftop garden. The bees also entered one of our top floor units in large numbers. The yellow jackets became very aggressive as the fall wore on, and we have to remove them.
We do not want to use poison, but we do not know how to locate the nest, or hives to find the queens and have the colonies removed. Can you give us guidance on how to most effectively, safely, and humanely remove them?
We are so grateful for any help or insight you can provide,
Karen Goozner
