I have two new globe blue spruces, planted in a rock bed with mulch nearby. The tops have turned a powdery white blue and now the needles are failing off. Please help! I do have several other blue spruces in the yard that are doing grerat!

Recommend you contact your local county extension service for Tippecanoe county and supply them good pictures or samples of impacted plants.
