hive in tree

Hi, We have a hive down the street in a very old tree . It's been there for a few years well the new people who bought the house has tried to kill this colony off two years ago. Thank God he didn't end of killing them all. it is at least 20-25 feet in the tree. do you know anyone who would like the challenge of wanting free bees? I know there endangered now but i would hate to see this guy try again to kill off a thriving hive. thank you Lynn Gegg
