How to stop birds and deers from eating my fruits off the fruit trees?

Bird netting is normally used on Cherries and if the tree is small enough, peaches. Be sure it is secured to the trunk below the canopy since birds will enter and fly up into the canopy and feed. Deer are usually "fenced out" with a ring of wire of your choice wide enough that they cannot reach over the top and feed. The fence has to be stable enough that they can not lean into it increasing their reach. You may be able to find deer repellant products locally that would hang in on the lower, outer branches.
