my green bean plants are turning yellowish and are no longer bearing. Could they have bean mosiac and is there anything I can do about it?

Do not suspect mosaic based on your description that the leaves are yellowing. Green beans decline and often die off after several harvest. Planting additional bean rows in the spring several weeks apart helps keep a more continuous harvest.
