when and what do I apply to the lawn to prevent japanese beatle larva to survive and come back next year

If you do not water during the month of June when the eggs are laid, you can reduce this grub and other white grubs in your lawn.If this organic control is not enough, use grub-X or merit according to label directions about July 4th if you are in the USDA zone 5. Late June if in zone 6.
