I purchased bulbs from a grade schooler, but due to a knee injury was unable to plant them in fall. they have been my basement since, still packaged and have had little exposure to light. When or will I be able to plant them? The are a variety of bulbs

You can plant them now but they will not bloom because they have not gone through freezing weather. Consider holding them till fall and planting them then. Check frequently and throw away any soft or mushy/rotting ones.
