If you are just using it to rake leaves or other debris on the lawn - any of them should be fine. If however you plan to remove thatch - you need to use a garden rake. you should also know that using a garden rake to remove thatch usually removes only false thatch. To get rid of real thatch you need to core aerify and reduce watering and fertilizing.
