I bought some mexican heather last year & then brought it indoors in the fall. It died back but last week still had some blooms on it, the temp. here got up around 80 so i took it out. Now it looks like it has died back somemore to where it has no blooms. Will it come back out when it gets warmer?

That is hard to say. You are moving the plant in and out without harding it off. That can cause a plant to die. If the roots have not died, there is a chance it will come back. However if the roots died - you can throw it away.
