I've already received my bare root roses (6 plants) It's only March 23ed. Should I plant them? If not how can I keep them until it's time to plant. Thank you.

Plant them and if necessary cover them with a porus mulch such as straw or needle evergreen branches. it is not usually the cold that kills them but the dry winter winds.
