I PLANTED BULBS FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST FALL AND SPREAD BLOOD MEAL OVER THEM. WELL, DUE TO OUR WEIRD WEATHER, THEY ARE COMING UP. SOMEBODY OUT THERE IS NIBBLING ON THEM!! IS THERE ANY THING YOU COULD SUGGEST, BESIDES CHICKEN WIRE, TO STOP THEM FROM DOING THIS?

Rabbits feed on tulips after they emerge. Fencing is the only effective control.
