These cone shaped cacoons are all over our 10ft. shrubs. They are thinning and turning brown. I also noticed them on the shorter hedges in front of the house. What are they? I looked closer and a worm was coming out of one of them. Pleaase help. We just moved here 3 months ago from the city.
