Dog Sprayed by Skunk

My dog got sprayed by a skunk. I gave him a bath but the shampoo didn't get the smell out. What can I use to get rid of the smell??

Solution for Skunk Odor Removal: Mix together 1 quart 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, with ¼ cup baking soda, and 1 teaspoon liquid soap. Do not add water. Rub the solution on your dog, avoiding contact with his eyes or mouth. Rinse with fresh water. (Due to the peroxide, the solution may lighten the fur of pets).
