I am looking for statistics on # of deer-auto crashes in Illinois and Sangamon County in 2007 and/or 2008. I didn't find any on tghe website and would appreciate any direction or stats you could lead me to. Thanks!

The Illinois Department of Transportation reported that there were 25,006 deer-vehicle collisions in 2007. In Sangamon County there were 546 collisions. I do not think the 2008 numbers have been released yet.
