i have been seeing this bird at my feeder for awhile he is black with a white underside small bird but i can not find out any information or picture of it any where? im hopeing you could help

Good morning, It sounds like you have a dark-eyed junco (Junco hyemalis) visiting your feeder. Juncos are commonly seen in Illinois in the winter months. You can learn more about them at Cornell Lab of Ornithology's All About Birds at:
