Over the last week end 2/14 my family and I observed a pair of Trumpeter swans, one had a yellow neck band with a 3 digit #, we were in Henderson county along the mississippi river they stayed on the lake all week end along with several thousand other migratorys.how can I find out more info on the banded swan?
