Something burrowed under our porch over the winter and apparently has died. There is no way for us to remove whatever it was. Now that the weather is warming up the odor is permeating the room. Is there any way to neutralize the odor? Would quick lime blown into the area help?

Good morning, I haven't used lime before for this purpose, but lime is used to cover the smell of decomposition. So I'd give it a try. If it doesn't work, typically the odor will go away naturally within a few days.
