You will need to contact your local Illinois Department of Natural Resources district wildlife biologist (DWB). The biologist will not remove the birds for you, but he will have advice on how to prevent damage caused by wild turkeys. In cases where removal is necessary, the DWB can provide you with the contact information for individuals licensed to remove turkeys.
