In April I briefly came across animals in a field in Bonfield, IL. They were a dark brownish black in color, weighed around 35 pounds. They ran like a weasel would. Not real fast and more of a "lumbering" through the field than running. They were too large to be weasels and no markings like a badger. Any idea what they could be?
