I am a city council member in Oak Forest. We are in the process of creating a job discription for our nuisance wild life operator. Oak forest is a suburban community and has a class C license. I would like to know whether we can euphanize animals ourself, and what qualifications our animal control would have to have to do so. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
