My sister who lives in Round Lake has found a skunk trapped in some kind of a ditch as she described it to me. She is feeding it to keep it alive. Who should she call to rescue the skunk? Would Animal Control euthanize the skunk once rescued?

Can you provide a little more detail about the ditch? Is the skunk physically trapped in a trap or in someway prevented from leaving the ditch?
