Hello, I live in Augusta County,Va., and the other day I found a dead animal in with my cats. It looked like a opposum, but sort of like a raccoon, too. Can a opposum breed with a raccoon? I probably should have called someone to pick it up...but I just buried it. Thanks, June Campbell

No, opossums and raccoons do not breed with one another.
