No. If muskrats are there it means the area provides suitable food, water, and cover (shelter from weather and predators) for them to survive. If you want to rid the pond of muskrats they will need to be trapped out. But keep in mind that if the habitat remains, eventually other muskrats will move in. If the muskrats that are currently there are not causing property damage, the best bet is to leave them where they are.
