We found a very healthy baby fawn this am. Will mom return for her? If not what should be done? Please help I do worry about the safety of her.

Yes, the doe will return to nurse the fawn several times a day. But you are likely to see her. The only thing that needs to be done is to give the fawn and doe some space and keep dogs away from the area.
