Hunting with dogs

I was recently informed, by a hunter whom uses hounds for coyote, that it was legal to run deer with dogs during the late antlerless only season or seasons. Having read the regulations book, I found nothing that specifically adresses this topic for late season and would then assume, the same rules apply from the first and second season and he is incorrect, or have I missed something?

It is not legal to use dogs to run deer in Illinois. This rule applies to all deer hunting seasons.
