Hi, I have a pair of red foxes in my backyard. They are living in a drainage pipe on a retention pond. Will they attack and hurt my small dogs?

Foxes typically feed on mice and other small rodents. As long as the dogs are not bothering the foxes, there shouldn't be any problems. If the foxes have a den close by, be aware that once they have their young in the spring, they will be protective of them. If they feel the dogs are threatening their young they may act aggressively towards the dogs. Just make sure the dogs give them extra space during that time.
