I have 28 acres in NW Ogle county. I have a creek running through it and was wondering if a wetland could be established on the property. I was also wondering if there is any financial assistance in doing this.

He will know of the relevant programs available in your area. And he will be able to direct you to the IDNR natural heritage biologist and local staff of the Natural Resources Conservation Service and Soil and Water Conservation District.
