The nest and the eggs are protected by federal law. So they should not be moved. The best bet is to notify the workers that the nest is there and ask them to be careful when working in that area. Drape a plastic cloth over the bush to protect the eggs from paint splatter. Try to have all the work done in that area as quickly as possible (i.e. with a few hours). If the weather is warm the eggs can go for awhile without the hen sitting on them, but it will be important for her to be able to have access to the nest to incubate the eggs. The sooner the workers can get in and out of that area, the safer she will feel to return to the nest.
