Baby Raccoon

I found a baby raccoon in my driveway. It appears healthy, but it's eyes and ears are still closed. I have 3 dogs and there are many cats in my neighborhood. Leaving it outside wasn't an option. The wildlife rehabilitator in my county is not taking animals. There are none in adjacent counties. What should I do with him?
