Hi, It is hard to tell the size of the animal in relation to the surrounding vegetation. But it looks very similar to coyotes I have seen with bad cases of mange. But the tail on this animal is really long. My guess w/out seeing the animal in person, would be a coyote or red fox...likely with a case of mange.
