I have a orphaned 2 week old fawn, feeding it milk replacement, takes bottle well, but he still is very unstable on its feet, and sometimes acts confused. its goes to the bathroom normal, no dia rrea. I think its lacking something any suggestions?

Fawns require special care. Is it still alive? Can you get it to a wildlife rehabilitator?
