big cats teeth

I wonder if one of the big cats lose a tooth would it grow back and how many sets of teeth do big cats have?

It depends on how old the big cat is when it loses the tooth. Just like people, big cats have two sets of teeth: the deciduous teeth (or baby teeth) and their permanent teeth. Once the big cat has its permanent teeth in, if it lost one it would not grow another.
