four deer pass through our property daily. i noticed yesterday that one is limping badly and has something sticking out of it's thigh. i am worried that it is suffering. can you help in any way?

It may have been hit with an arrow. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done. Often, deer that have suffered these sorts of injuries are able to recover.
