Greetings: I live in Chicago's south Loop, home to many rabbits which add charm to the urban landscape, particularly our parks and green spaces. Sadly, a resident in the building next door has begun trapping rabbits, purportedly to relocate them to Northly Island. I have concerns that 1) this is humane 2) this is legal. My neighbors in my condo building love the rabbits and are outraged that they should be trapped on common property. Please advise! Thank you!
