We have one bat hanging by an entrance to a building on the Golconda Job Corps Center. It has moved but has not left the area (changed positions) what should we do. We have approximately 200 people on center.

For now, just leave the bat alone. If it falls to the ground, no one should approach it (it could be sick). I've contacted the IDNR, and someone from the Natural Heritage Division will be contacting you soon.
