Have one squirrel that never has fur on tail. Is this a health problem squirrel? I also have 2 dogs and could they catch something from this squirrel?

Hair loss on squirrels usually is caused by either a skin infection or by mange. In this case it sounds like a skin infection. As long as the dogs do not come into direct contact with the squirrel, they should be fine.
