My neighbor is constantly feeding the wildlife raccoons opossums and skunks and I am the one dealing with them under my house. I have asked her to stop to no avail and the problem is getting worse the animal under my house won't go into the traps that are set out because of the other food source. Is there a law in Joliet Illinois about feeding wild animals? and if not what can I do about her putting the food out? I am tempted to give her the bill for ALL the trapping we have tried to do
