I live in a 8 story apartment building! What are ?the laws on keeping a bat house on a balcony in carbondale! Are there any health issues exct.?

Unless the apartment building prohibits a resident from hanging a bat house, there are no laws prohibiting the bat house. They are used as a summer residence by bats. (Bat houses do not provide sufficient protection to be used during the winter). As long as there are not piles of guano under the bat house, there shouldn't be any health issues.
