When I was leaving my house yesterday, I almost ran over a not yet fully grown bird in my yard with my bike. When it squawks, it sounds like a crow. I have it in a box with a towel. My dogs were trying to get ahold of it. What do I do?

Try placing it in a low branch of a tree away from the dogs. The parents are probably still close by. It will call for them. It needs to be with the adults so that they can teach it to search for food.
