i found a baby alligator snapper not to far from my house a couple months ago. it was a hatch-ling and it was injured so i took it home and have been bringing it back to health. about 2 week ago the turtle started acting lethargic, and hasn't eatin in 2 weeks.

You should take the turtle to a wildlife rehabilitator. I'm not familiar with the licensed rehabbers in Pennsylvania. But this list will hopefully help you find one that is close to where you are. http://pawr.com/ Good luck to you and the snapper!
