Hello, I am wondering if a fish is "snagged" with a fish hook, reeled in, then the fish hook removed will this typically leave a mark or wound on the fish? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, if the hook punctures the fish's mouth, it will leave a wound. But typically the fish are able to survive and the wound will heal.
