hair loss on head

I have 2 baby's squirrels about 5 or 6 weeks old. I've been caring for them for almost 3 weeks and they seem to be doing great accept I've noticed a small amount of hair missing from the top of their little heads. I don't see them scratching and I have bathed them with a small amount of baby shampoo. Is this normal or should I take them for medical care.
