Sick/Mutilated Squirl

There was a squirl in my starwberries and when I went to scare it away I got within a foot of it and stomped the ground and it didn't run. The top half of the it is missing hair, has infected sores all over and you would not reconise it was a squirl if back end hadn't been poking out. I have seen it before...and it is gettng worse. Should I call animal care since it is a animal that is staying in the area and is obviously very sick and infected?

You can call them, but I doubt they will come out. Can you send a photo of the squirrel? I'm wondering if maybe it has mange?
