Squirrel Tail

I have a squirrel that visits frequently that is dragging it's tail. She's not lifting it or waving it around.

Does the squirrel seem healthy otherwise? Freely moving its legs, feeding normally, etc.

Yes, but she seems to be coming around less frequently and is not as interested as before.

It's hard to say why the tail is dragging. It could have been hit by a car, could have nerve damage, etc. Is the squirrel still coming to the feeder?
