Hello, Are nuisance animal control operators permitted to trap domestic and feral cats? Thank you.

I'm not sure if they are allowed to do that in MD. In IL, the NWCO permit only applies to species listed in the Illinois Wildlife Code. Domestic (or feral) cats are not native to Illinois, and they are not protected species under the Wildlife Code here.
